Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Open source armory advice

So i know you have to wait for the new armor and weapons at least a few in game weeks. Does that rule also apply to tournaments.
