Just came back to bannerlord 1.3 something after two years

And I love every improvement or changement so far. Well I am 1 hour into a new campaign but I liked th new stealth system and just looking at the encyclopedia relations seems a bit more complex. Loved also the new small things such as troops shouting down your orders. So far soon cool BUT There is one thing which really suck for me and that is the new light system. I really can't see shit in battles, unless with a sun shining at midday. Other than that impossible to fight in the shadows at dawn or even afternoon. And I can't tell if the ai is better or I simply suck. Please tell me there is a fix to this because battles are just becoming a frustrating nightmare... submitted by /u/Plopita [link] [comments]

I cant declare myself bannerlord even though I am already king

I decided to really make a kingdom before being forced into the conspiracy because this is my second campaign and I'm already aware how much of a slog it will be if I just go in unprepared.
But now I realize the game requires me to be "independent" to establish a "new kingdom" even though I am already a ruler of my own and have been since midgame (image very much related)
