Is this price and amount of sheep normal?

In this playthrough I am very late game, but I have not once visited this settlement.

I am using the following mods.

Butterlib

UIExtenderEX

Birth and Aging Options

Dismemberment

Better Troop HUD Updated

Easy Respec

Better Time (This is the best mod ever made)

No Time Limit

ConspiracyQuestManager

Recruit exile Clans

This doesn't affect my current game in any way, but I am curious if this is a known meme or whatever.
