You should be able to hire minor faction troops by asking for some recruits

Seems like the only way to actually get the unique troops (like Triarii and Puppeteers) are by recruiting them from your prison pool.

I really wish you could recruit them just by interacting and paying a sum for their recruits.

Also are they expensive? I got a variety of them in my garrison and I'm not sure if they are eating through my funds.
