Could not keep Sturgian Prisoners after capturing Khuzait town despite 3 way war.

Weird glitch forced me to repeat conversations if I decided to keep a prisoner. I could only proceed by freeing them. This happened to all 6 prisoners.

At this point, all 3 kingdoms were at war with each other (Western Empire, Sturgia, Khuzaits).

When we, the Western Empire, captured a Khuzait City, there were Sturgian prisoners in the keep. I was given the option to either release them or keep them (not really).
