Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Is it normal for the game to duplicate characters?

I entered a tournament in Battania and I realized that the game created another character identical to Corein, same description, same clan, same attributes and initial age, I have no idea where it came from, I check the encyclopedia and it doesn't tell me that he has a family, it just appeared like that, it doesn't bother me the more Corein finds for me, I just don't know if it's normal for it to happen.
