Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. My character is dyinggg

My current contracted an illness and he's dying. I came prepared and have a companion with high medicine skills to keep him alive... Should I just keep him alive or let the firstborn daughter take his place and join a kingdom? Cuz my clan is t3 and not part of any kingfom yet.
