Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Can you assign companion to siege machine?

So i raised my brother as an engineer and using him as one but in sieges i cant assign him to a catapult which would make him level engineering so fast. Is there a way to assign him to a catapult or something?
