Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Fewer rebellions?

Is it just me, or are towns rebelling now way more seldom and mostly in the beginning of the game?

I was planning to besiege a rebel town to create my own kingdom, but except one town quite in the beginning of the game there were no rebellions. Now almost a decade is past, some kingdoms own a third of the map and still no rebellions.

1.3 beta btw.
