How can I get the really good one horses? - Elaboration inside

Hi all,

According to https://mountandblade.fandom.com/wiki/Horses#Bannerlord there are also modifiers to the, let's call it, "quality" of your horse, as follows:

The thing is never have I ever seen a Champion version of any of them (lots of Stubborn & lame, for sure)

I'm currently using a Royal Destrier, but after looking for them in almost every city and village, I haven't found a single horse with a modifier of Heavy, Spirited or Champion; I've also look on some tournaments, I've defeated entire armies leaded by their kings, and still nothing...

So the question arises on its own, where the feck can I get some T6 horse with a good modifier?

Thanks in advance.

P.S.: I've also been looking for Asaligat horses to give them to some of my companions (the horse archer ones), but I just can't find any of them, not inside cities, not in the proper Asalig village, not among the loot of their fallen lords... does this horse even exist in game?

I love PoP and think it's the best thing since Sliced Person, but the early game is bloody brutal, especially if you're used to kicking ass and taking names in M&B vanilla.
