Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Selling back conquered towns and castles.

If I am in war and conquer an enemy town or castle can I sell it back to the original owner after peace is declared?
