Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Vlandian (vanilla) armor asset lower quality than others factions?

Is it just me, or do a lot of the Vlandian armor assets in particular, and some from other cultures too, appear much lower in quality than others? The assets look much older and don’t have the same quality of materials as those from other factions. I guess Vlandia was made a long time ago, and TW never updated their assets to match what other factions got later in development? The Vlandian and higher tier Imperial laminar armor assets look nearly a decade apart in quality and materials.
