Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Javelin in 1.3 beta

have problem that my javelin troops don't throw javelin in enemy if they are under arrow attack. They just covered by shield.

If i take off shield from my companion they normally throw javelin.
