Declared war on allied mercenaries on load save?

I’m playing as southern Empire, have the Hidden Hand as mercenaries with a couple of their parties in my army. I started a big battle late at night, so half way through quit to go to bed, knowing I’d saved right before the battle anyway like a good little save scummer. Now when I reload any of the precious 3 autosaves I immediately declare war on the Hidden Hand and their parties abandon my Army. Lord bleed fix?

I am currently trying to win a campaign helping swadia. We had almost every town, one or two left to conquer. But suddenly kingdom of nords (the only other faction left) started to take over cities all over the map. I checked our factions and it seems that I am the only swadian vassal left... All the rest are with the nords... Is there any way I can fix this, through mods or something? I don't want this savefile to be ruined, i want the achievement of helping my ruler rule over calradia... Any ideas what even causes this?
