Declared war on allied mercenaries on load save?

I’m playing as southern Empire, have the Hidden Hand as mercenaries with a couple of their parties in my army. I started a big battle late at night, so half way through quit to go to bed, knowing I’d saved right before the battle anyway like a good little save scummer. Now when I reload any of the precious 3 autosaves I immediately declare war on the Hidden Hand and their parties abandon my Army. Do I keep my fiefs from marriage if I rebel?

I am playing as a male in the Kingdom of Swadia. I paid the 16080 dowries to Count Klagrus for 2 cities and 2 villages, and I am waiting for the marriage to be arranged.

If I rebel, do I keep those fiefs after I conquer and get rejected for another fief I request?

I also heard that if you convince a lord to support you if you were to become a monarch you also get their fiefs. Can I do that if I don’t keep my fiefs from marriage?
