Declared war on allied mercenaries on load save?

I’m playing as southern Empire, have the Hidden Hand as mercenaries with a couple of their parties in my army. I started a big battle late at night, so half way through quit to go to bed, knowing I’d saved right before the battle anyway like a good little save scummer. Now when I reload any of the precious 3 autosaves I immediately declare war on the Hidden Hand and their parties abandon my Army. Very Optimistic with TW.

At first I was Very excited for the war sails DLC. And it was amazing at first with the ships and stuff. Then I realized the nords were so weak. This most recent patch has made me pretty optimistic with TW rn. They did good work fixing up the nords so quickly along with bugs and a number of crash fixes. They listened, and quickly.

I saw so so many comments saying "Let's wait 4 months for them to get buffed" and "Welp this won't be fixed in my life time, time to install mods" and i understand. But This is good shit rn. And it's getting better. I was disappointed with how pathetic nords were and replaying my campaign with 30 Huscarls and 20 Sky gods chosen is a WORLD of a difference. They are at minimum 3x more lethal on land. They are disgusting. Anyways very happy with this DLC.

As someone who is incredibly stingy and waits for crazy steam sales, I think this is worth it.
