Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Best video to showcase the game to new players? Even better, best video to show off AWOIAF or ACOK?

I know my friend would love the game but I can't find any videos that showcase the game or either of the mods properly. He's a huge GOT fan so I wanted to show him those but I can't find any good videos of them either.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
