Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Longest running campaign of M&B?

My first-ever Native campaign character just hit 1800 days (I have 3 or 4 other characters I play regularly). I realize this is practically nothing to some, but what is the longest running campaign run you’ve had?
