im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. [Diplomacy] Is family affiliation included in marriage?

Playing Perisno right now and i want to marry a specific lord of a kingdom whom is all of the same family, is affiliation included in marriage or should i affiliate myself first? Including the affiliation bonuses ofcoarse.
