Flatten the battle maps?

How would I go about making the battle maps completely flat? I'm tired of mountains and rivers, and just want a nice field to fight on.

Any help would be appreciated.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
