Declared war on allied mercenaries on load save?

I’m playing as southern Empire, have the Hidden Hand as mercenaries with a couple of their parties in my army. I started a big battle late at night, so half way through quit to go to bed, knowing I’d saved right before the battle anyway like a good little save scummer. Now when I reload any of the precious 3 autosaves I immediately declare war on the Hidden Hand and their parties abandon my Army. Please move army creation from kingdom tab (or just redo the tab because its terrible)

Requirements to create a kingdom are 1 fief and rank 4 clan. Thats 900 renown grind. During that grind I cant even use parties of my companions because for me to be able to create army I need to create my own kingdom to be able to access kingdom tab. On top of it if I conquered a fief I still cant negotiate with anyone because im not kingdom they say

also it says that ill be able to create kingdom at tier3 but once you get there you need to get tier4
