Crafted weapon bug after loading

Hi, I just encountered this bug. After loading the game my crafted weapons have very small or zero stats. Javelins, 2h swords, 1h swords, polearms, all of them. I've been playing with mods for a long time, but now was the 1st time it happened to me. I saw some posts about this, but haven't found any solution for this. No game fixes, no mods. Game keeps crashing after mod installation.

I've gone through every mod, one by one multiple times to find which is causing the crash, I've read all the installation instructions, downloaded all the requirements yet for some reason I cannot play a game with mods.

The most confusing part is that my CrashUploader shows mods I don't even have as crashing. Idk what to do at this point. I'll post my Crash uploader and load order in the comments. Any help would be appreciated, this is really starting to get on my nerves.
