I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. So, ive maxed all of my cities garrison (tier 3+ troops) in the eastern side of the map, and am claiming tribute from northern empire, western empire, khuzaits and asarai. Its been like an IRL week of playing and ive just been roaming around the map, mostly building my trade skill but im getting bored. I like the tribute, and I dont want to declare war on them. What do I do?
