Why haven’t I got the new update

I saw they had released a update hopped on it wasn’t there, restarted console wasn’t there; power done then reload. Didn’t work, I don’t know if it’s only early access for creators or if it’s my Xbox, if it helps I’m Australian with a Xbox series S digital version
