What are inheritable by your children?

as far as I know, I never played sandbox with birth and death enabled. But recently, I've been thinking of enabling it so the game world gets way more dynamic, just like CK3.

What aspects are inheritable? Gold, equipment, workshops, caravans, loyalty of followers, etc.
