When I first started and realized that there were no shields, I was a bit worried, but having seen how it balances archers and sieges, I’ve gotta say it’s a lot of fun. The lack of shields also helps encourage two handed weapons as well as ranged experimentation, which is nice.anybody else who was as pleasantly surprised as I?
