What is the "Swadian Knight of sieges?" How to capture things?

So I'm wondering, is there an unit that can win siege battles like the swadian knight does normal ones? With my swadian knight army I can win 120v200 battles easily, but capturing castles defended by ~180 enemies is impossible no matter what troops I bring.

I need to get other lords to help me in order to capture castles defended by more than 150 enemies? But then I don't get to keep it, right? (I'm trying to get more stuff before starting my own kingdom)
