Murder Plot in the land of Vlandia

In my current WarSails playthrough, I spent 10 years mastering trade to level 330, as a rich independent landholder, I decided to join Vlandia. Dethert is now 61 years old, my influence outranks his clan’s influence, I have a great relationship with all of the vassals because of donating prisoners. Warband: Next steps?

Need an idea of what to do next. I'm currently part of the Nords and have 3 fiefs and 1 castle that I captured (Tevarin). The Vaegirs only have Khudan remaining, all the starting Swadian cities are under Nord control as well. I have a wife, train troops in the castle, have 5 enterprises and can currently support an Army of 80. I'm nearly at day 200 and thinking about my next moves, I've never really started my own faction before
