Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Having trouble getting the game to run

Hey guys,

I was lucky enough to get the game gifted during this sale, and I've been hoping to play it... but I can't seem to actually get the game to run.

I can open the launcher, which gives me the option to select the module, and which one I pick doesn't really matter - the same thing happens.

The TaleWorlds logo vid shows up, finishes, and then closes. After that my screen goes dark blue, and I can see the in-game mouse which I can move as well.

After that the game just closes. It doesn't give me any errors whatsoever.

I have already tried messing with most of the options in the launcher, but nothing seems to work.

I've also tried editing the module.ini ini file to change "disable_moveable_flag_optimization = 0" to "= 1", which didn't work.

After that I tried compatibility mode, running as admin, setting my monitor's refresh rate to 60Hz, verifying the integrity of the game cache, nothing worked.

If anyone would be able to help me with this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

My specs:

Ryzen 5 1600

16GB DDR4 RAM

MSI R9 390 8GB @ 18.6.1

and Windows 10 64-bit

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
