im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. The largest balanced company of heroes

It has 10 companions: Alayen, Nizar, Ymira, Matheld, Baheshtur, Katrin, Rolf, Bunduk, Artimenner, Borcha. 8 of them have 1 enemy and 1 friend and two of them (Artimenner & Borcha) have none.

All heroes can be hired after maxing out persuasion but will this company of 10 heroes work long term with 0 persuasion?
