Can I make bannerlord work again?

I tried to install the eagle rising mod using vortex. Ever since, the game gets right to the black screen with the standard bearer in the bottom right (loading screen before main menu) and polls up with "the application faced a problem) dialog box.

I have tried:

Uninstalling all mods Reinstalling the game

I always get the same issue. Is there something that I'm missing?
