Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. How to start a new game?

Hi guys, i played a lot of warband back in the day and bit when bannerlord got released (2 weeks at most) but it was not ripe enough.

Tried it again yesterday and i noticed that my soldiers fled like 3 of them died (we were 14 vs 11 looters, first serious "battle"), And i lost like a bitch, while at game launch it happened exactly the opposite.

I do not like grinding to an extreme degree, and my goal is to enter battania and either become their king or my own.

Do you have a couple of general suggestions on how to get around decently? Totally not down onto smithing or travelling the whole map for hours just to get 2 coins more for silk
