Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. How many days does it usually take for you guys to get a kingdom up and running

I’m pretty new but I really struggle to get past the point of 140ish men and struggle to try to take any settlements. I don’t wanna vassal though.
