Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Leader of a minor faction is now in my party?

Not sure if this was intentional in a recent release but I freed Mulam of the Lake rats after a battle and somehow he is now a companion in my party, not one that I can access via character screen, but I can access his inventory (nice gear...let's trade) and he's fighting the good fight now, not sure I should dismiss him knowing we'll met again someday on the field.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
