Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Question about lag and drivers

So I find that if I log in and try to start playing, the lag I experience in the inventory screens is crazy.

However, if I “update my driver” and restart then everything works great.

The issue is that my driver is already up to date so I’m not actually updating anything when I do it? That being the case, if I don’t “update” then it’s unplayable?

Is this simply a bad GPU issue?
