Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. The persuasion chances are lies!

Gotta pass two 75% success chance 9% critical fail checks.

30 attempts in (yes I have been counting because this is insanity)

18 times - Critically fail first attempt
11 times - Pass first critically fail second
1 time - Pass first normal fail second

There is a world state where I really am just this unlucky, but Id sooner believe the success/fail chance numbers are glitched.
