New Player Here - How to beat endgame

Hi, I am a new player and have no clue how to deal with the endgame. Enemy factions just seem to have an unlimited amount of lords and men, even though the diplomacy page shows our kingdom has more power. For example, I just defeated 3 Vlandian parties of 600 men and then another of 1000 men, but more keep coming. I throw all the lords I capture in the dungeons, but they always seem to somehow just mass more troops. The amount of troops added up in total for my faction (western empire) is probably only 1000 right now, so I don't see how they keep outnumbering us even though we have more power. I've also tried recruiting other lords, but the price is fucking insane. It takes more than 1 million gold for just a tier 4 house, and whatever mercenaries join us to bolster our numbers just end up leaving after like 2 days. Anyone have any advice? Sorry for the long essay lol

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
