Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Ingame stutter

Getting back to the game after quite some time and i notice that it has some stutter issues. I never had such problems before when it first released only minor fps drops in 1k man battles but that's it. Any idea what might be the case here? I have an i-5 8400 2.8ghz a 1060 6gb and 16gb ddr4 ram 3200 mhz. Could it be that my cpu performance has deteriorated over the years?
