Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Menu and campaign screen stutter/lag

I am always lagging/frame dropping while entering the campaign screen menus never used to have the issue at launch. I’ve searched the web and seems I’m not the only one but can’t find a fix. My game is installed on an ssd. Have tried reinstalling to test without mods and still get this issue it is playable just very frustrating.

Anyone have any tips?
