Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Why are my towns suddenly not giving me much money?

I own 3 towns and I used to make like 50k combined from them, but randomly they all just started giving me 1-2 k each. Half the time it costs more to garrison the towns than I get back.
