Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Menu and Map lag spikes

I have a 2060 RTX, 4,2GHz 6 cores Intel i7 and the game is on SSD. Every time I open trade menu, or even enter city, my game freezes hard for 1-3 seconds. Not to mention lag spikes on the world map every 2 to 10 seconds. I remember playing Bannerlord on my old PC and there was no problems whatsoever, but now it's just killing me even with a new rig. Maybe somebody has a fix?
