How to deploy a part of your army?

I mean the moment I earn a new town one of its settlements go up in flames. I dont want to march 500-1000 soldiers around just to scare of or even engage a bunch of 90-100 raiders. Help getting a friend into the game

So I have a friend who is interested in the game and has played for a bit. The problem is he is bad at pvp and loves multiplayer. He tries to hide it but I know he has been practicing and gets a bit upset (like most) when he loses a game. I am not good myself but I still was wondering if there is any advice you have? He isn't a complete idiot, but whenever we duel I feel like he can tell when I'm not trying my best. Also no, him playing as something stronger doesn't help, If I try my best I can beat him as the worst class vs best class. Any pvp advice for him?

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
