Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. I'd love a charm perk that gives me a reason to not wear a helmet to battle

I know safety first and all, but I'd love to give my troops a morale bonus by letting my long luscious locks flow as I give orders, or something like that
