How do you quickly track down minor faction leader?

I wanna interact with mercenery clans, but tracking down their leader has been pain stakingly daunting. The only thing I know to do was to go to their last seen location, sees that they're not around, speed up, check if there's any last seen location change, rinse and repeat until days later that I finally found the guy I need to talk to. And most of the time after all these, the dialogue for hiring doesn't even exist for me.

Is there a better way of doing this? I see AI faction can instant hire a full swing of merc clans against me the moment they declare war. This makes me feel like I'm playing against some computed numbers instead of properly emulated opponent.

I don't think I know how to play most part of this game, MnB is one of its kind, but I really wish the gaming experience isnt the kind of mess as it is right now.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
