Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. What's the best way to level a companion's Roguery

I want to occupy the alleyways of every city but not enough companions come with the 45+ or whatever roguery required to let them occupy alleyways. How do I level up a companion's roguery if they start out at like 0?
