TaleWorlds broke all the mods that change culture for settlements. I've been staring at the original settlement culture changer mod's crash logs for hours, to no avail. Apologies if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find the answer for the life of me.
Anyone know the lines of code or a program which can make it that blunt weapons don't have a 100% chance to knockout and pierce and cut weapons don't kill 100% of the time? I'm hoping it's as simple as changing a 1 into a 0.2 or a 0 into a 0.15
I think VC has it like this but i want to be able to implement it into Native and other Mods i play.
