How to King Good?

So Rognak the Feared has just seceded from the Kindom of the Nords to form the Kingdom of Rognak's True Caradic Warriors - and has immediately become the realm-wide punching bag. The character himself is kinda OP, very strong, but our Glorious Revolution is stuck in a rut where we keep losing cities. We used to have my court at Narra until Sanjar Khan enlisted EVERY SINGLE VASSAL in a 4-day nonstop siege (which we won, but were severely weakened by) and then the Horse-F**kers took it back. Then we went for Suno but got my ass handed to me by Swadia. Now we're holed up in one of the castles on the Swadia-Rhodok border, and half of my own vassals kinda hate my guts. Does anyone have any tips on how we can bounce back?
