i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Fiefs and money?

I play on PS4 and was awarded two fiefs and Ergellon Castle, I see you can build things like a messenger post and manor etc. But, are there any projects that will turn a profit and how do I go about building them?
