Most polished complete overhaul mod?

Out of the Game of thrones, Warhammer, Anno Domini 1259 and Empires of Europe mods, which one has the least amount of lag and bugs? I don't mind which one I play, I just want a new experience from vanilla. submitted by /u/Horcsogg [link] [comments]

Birth of a Raffle - Calradic Tales #4

Damn Rhodoks, they ruined Rhodokia

The first one hundred days were not kind to Harlot; the second democratically elected king of Rhodokia. Since Harlot’s coronation Rhodokia experienced a crushing defeat by the hands of the Khergits. Harlot was forced to concede the territorial gains that were won under the late beloved King Cakus.

Not wanting to lose face with the peasantry Harlot pushed a populist message fanning the flames of hatred for an old enemy the Swadians. With the Vaegirs occupying Swadian attention in the east it seemed to like a perfect time to strike in the west. A border skirmish that left 28 Rhodoks dead was the perfect catalyst to launch an expensive winter campaign. Ignoring the advice of his Counts Harlot broke the alliance with the Vaegirs, the dominant hegemon of Calradia. Under his new message of Rhodokia Foremost a bellicose Harlot levied a still battered Rhodokian army to siege the Swadian city of Harrington in a daring winter campaign. In the swamps outside Harrington Castle a breakout was made by the Swadian Duke Gallo. He exploited a mistake in Harlot attempting to reorganize his forces with a tactical retreat. A Swadian counter offensive was launched into the Rhodok highlands under the leadership of the future Swadian King Rookish the Black. Thankfully the Rhodok Counts managed to hold the line at Maras Castle and prevent any Rhodok territorial losses.

After two costly campaigns the Rhodok Republic’s coffers were running dry. Harlot turned to his displeased Counts to raise funds. The newly appointed Count of Yalen Green Thread embraced the task and sought to reform the tax system. He brought about a revolutionary land value tax. The people of Yalen prospered and loved their new Count. The Vaegirs still slighted over the broken alliance spread rumors that Harlot was elected using fake votes. With his popularity waning and seeing usurper everywhere, Harlot revoked Green Thread’s Countdom.

That is when the riots started.

Prophecy of Pendor - Early Game Guide

I love PoP and think it's the best thing since Sliced Person, but the early game is bloody brutal, especially if you're used to kicking ass and taking names in M&B vanilla. So I wanted to write an early game guide to share my experience and hopefully help someone else get into the mod without as much agony as I (and many others) experienced. Character Creation - Questions When you start character creation, the game hits you with a bunch of background story questions. My advice is to answer these however you like, building the backstory for your character that interests you and helps get you into the story. However , these questions have serious impacts on the game, most critically whether you can create Knights of the Griffon chapters with just money, and something called the Rumor Interval which sounds irrelevant but is the most important thing ever . For a deep read on the subject see the wiki https://pop3.fandom.com/wiki/Character_Creation Or for a quick "Just...

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
