Is it possible to have captains without clan roles?

Hello so I wanted to recruit some captains for my party but I also wanted to be the one in all 4 clan roles but I know when you recruit a companion this dosent seem to be possible anymore. Severe lag out of nowhere, require help!

I bought Bannerlord long ago in March and for the first few weeks it worked perfectly fine, no lag at all. Until, suddenly, I tried playing it after an update and it started lagging like crazy. Even on lowest graphics, it is unplayable. It was like that till July or so then again, suddenly, worked perfectly fine for a few days. Is there any way to make the lag disappear completely forever? Please help!

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. How do I get into the major leagues?

How do I get out of being classified as a minor faction? I’m constantly at war, usually fighting two wars at once with my immediate neighbors, and I’m starting to suspect it’s because the game still considers me a minor faction. I’m nearly clan rank 6, with three vassals and basically a good chunk of the Sturgian lands, plus Epicoratoa, and now I’m starting to push into Battanian lands, so I have no idea how I’m still “minor”.
